Terms of Service
Telecommunications Engineering And Architecture Management, LLC · Effective November 5, 2026 · version v-f7837854469a
1. Who we are
Macrilon is operated by Telecommunications Engineering And Architecture Management, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("TEAM Corp", "Macrilon", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Macrilon website, web app and services (the "Service").
By creating an account, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you name at sign-up, and you confirm you are authorized to do so.
If your company has a signed order form or enterprise agreement with us, that document controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Service
Macrilon provides pole engineering services for telecommunications and utility work. The services currently offered are:
- Joint use review, per pole.
- Make-ready engineering, per pole. This is Macrilon's engineering fee. It does not include the utility's or any contractor's make-ready construction cost.
- Pole loading analysis, per pole. Every result is reviewed and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the pole's state before you receive it.
Fiber design is not offered at this time. If we offer it later, we will update the pricing page and these Terms.
You upload photos, pole data and job files; we process them and deliver the results through your account.
3. Your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your company's admin manages users and roles (viewer, engineer, manager, admin).
- You must give accurate company and contact details and keep them up to date.
4. Prices, billing and payment
- Per pole, on delivery. You are charged per pole for each service, only after the deliverable for that pole is completed and delivered to your account. There is no subscription, no minimum order and no automatic renewal.
- Prices. Current prices are on our Pricing page (today: joint use $1.00 per pole; make-ready engineering $5.00 per pole; pole loading analysis $30.00 per pole, in US dollars). If we gave you a written quote, the quoted prices apply to that job. Otherwise poles are charged at the price in effect when they are billed; a price change never re-prices poles already billed. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase.
- Payment method. Before your first job you save a card or a US bank account with our payment processor, Stripe. Saving it charges nothing. We do not see or store your full card or account number; we keep only the card brand and last four digits so you can tell which method is on file.
- Invoice terms. If we agree in writing to invoice you instead, payment is due within the number of days we agreed.
- Late payment. While a payment is past due, new jobs are paused until it is paid; your data and reports stay available.
- Disputes. If you believe a charge is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the charge. Charges not disputed within that time are final.
- Refunds. We refund or credit charges for poles we delivered in error or that we agree do not meet these Terms. Otherwise charges are non-refundable.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. Macrilon does not collect sales tax at this time.
5. How heights are described
- Heights produced from photos are labeled "Calculated by Macrilon". They are never described as "measured" or "estimated".
- Heights taken on site with a calibrated measuring stick are labeled "Measured".
- Confirm which label applies to a height before you rely on it for construction or compliance.
6. Engineering review
Macrilon's output supports your engineering judgment. It is planning-grade, is NOT issued for construction, and is not a substitute for review, approval and seal by a licensed Professional Engineer where the law or your project requires one. You are responsible for that review before any deliverable is used for construction, submitted to a utility or regulator, or relied on for safety.
Pole loading analysis results are reviewed and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the pole's state, working for Macrilon, before they are released to your account. Each result shows the engineer's name, licence, seal, the date they signed it in Macrilon and a verification code. The seal covers the pole-loading analysis of that pole only, for the inputs and load case shown on the result; it is not a seal on any other deliverable.
7. Your content
- You keep ownership of the files you upload and of the deliverables we generate for you.
- You give us permission to use your content to provide the Service to you.
- We do not sell your content. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
- We keep all rights in the platform, engine, methods and models.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, reverse engineering, probing or disrupting the Service, reselling it, or uploading content you do not have the right to use.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE AND ALL DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EXCEPT AS STATED IN THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACRILON'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO MACRILON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND MACRILON IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Ending the Service
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or does not pay.
- Charges for poles already delivered remain payable.
- After an account closes we keep your content for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it on request, as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version; until you do, you cannot add or change a payment method.
