This policy explains what MACRILON collects, why, and your choices. We design for data minimization: your network plats and designs are your data; we process them only to produce your deliverables.

We do not sell your data or use customer content to train models for other customers.
Each customer's data is isolated to its tenant. We share data only with subprocessors strictly required to operate the service — cloud infrastructure hosting and email delivery — under contract; a current list is available on request, or where disclosure is legally required.
We retain customer content for the life of your account plus 30 days, then delete on request. You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data (GDPR/CCPA) through our contact form.
Encryption in transit (TLS). A SOC 2 readiness program is underway (we are not yet SOC 2 certified and do not claim to be), and managed-cloud hosting with encryption at rest is on our roadmap. For current posture see our Security & Trust page.
The Macrilon mobile/field app helps authorized crews capture utility-pole photos for make-ready screening. It requests two device permissions, used only for that purpose:
You may decline or revoke these permissions in your device settings; capture requires them to work. The app collects no contacts, microphone audio, health data, or advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Captures, GPS, and notes are stored in your tenant under the retention and isolation terms above.
